If we move, a joint is involved.  The more we move, the more wear and tear our body takes.  Our body is one of the most complex machine on the planet, and most modern science cannot understand the miracles of how your body functions.  Like all machines, your body needs maintanenance as well.

Most people stop doing what they love to do because they get hurt.  How does that feel?  That sucks!  People have to stop running because of knee or ankle pains.  People stop dancing because of a hip injury or they throw out their lower back.  People stop tennis because of “Tennis elbow”!   And everyone eventually suffers from what I like to call, “I-am-too-old-for-that” syndrome.
